"In particular, the Court recognized that a corporation is an association of individuals."
Free free to correct me, but isn't a corporation, in both theory and practise, the definition of collectivist thinking?

when obama went to speak too(?) the republicans he said with respect to health care legislation that they viewed it as a "bolshivic (spelling is probably incorrect)deal". maybe i am being to sensative but it seems to me his reference to something that applies to the communist world is very telling about his political thought process.
also, i am hearing more and more people comment via e mail to reporters that they are tired of observing obama talk doen to us and treat us as children always lecturing. hearing these comments gives me hope that all is not lost. while i don't think he will ever get it i do think the congressman are hearing it loud and clear and in the not so distant future it will make a difference to how the dem's vote.

i am also of the opinion his closest people; emanuel, axcelrod and possibly even gibbs will not be in his administration by years end, or at least i hope so. the more he is left on his own the more obvious the reasons he should not be president will surface.
