Do you think that doctors today are ignorant to the implications of socialized medicine compared to the revolting New Jersey doctors? If so, any idea why? I am very curious why more doctors aren't speaking out against socialized medicine and revealing what it would do to their professional lives.

Well, as a doctor the first thing I would say is that the AMA does not represent the vast majority of us. Also, I read that 45% of doctors would consider quitting or retiring early if the healthcare bill were to pass. I am thinking of going Galt and withdrawing my services from the general population and dealing with cosmetic procedures only.
