That's all the antitrust laws are there for - threatening companiest with enforcement and compelling them to comply with whatever the government demands. BTW - maybe I should introduce myself. My name is Beth Laughton - I am a newly-minted attorney (just graduated from Duke Law) and I work for a federal appellate judge in DC. I am also a new OAC student.
